Ruslan began working in international education in 2018, progressed from a manager to leadership roles, and created RBEC around an honest strategy: first understand the person, constraints and goal, then choose the country and university.
We do not sell a beautiful country. We build a pathway that survives the test of requirements, timing and budget.
