Studying abroad starts with the right strategy

We help students choose a career, country and university, prepare documents, apply for scholarships, and move from planning to admission and visa.

We guarantee admission under the service agreement when the agreed strategy and requirements are followed. Scholarships and visas are not guaranteed because those decisions are made by external committees and public authorities.

FAQ

Questions before your first consultation.

Where should I start?

If you have not chosen a country or programme, start with a consultation and profile review.

Does RBEC guarantee admission?

Yes. Under the service agreement, RBEC guarantees admission when the applicant follows the agreed strategy, deadlines and requirements of the selected institutions. A scholarship is not guaranteed: funding decisions are made by the university or scholarship committee.

When should I start preparing?

Usually 9–18 months in advance. Scholarships, medicine, creative programmes and complex visa routes may require more time.

Can I apply without IELTS?

Some programmes accept another test or an internal assessment, but the rule is programme-specific.

Do you provide visa support?

Yes. We review visa type, forms, finances, documents and interview preparation. The visa authority makes the final decision.

What do I need for the first meeting?

A passport is usually unnecessary. A short summary of your goal, timeline, education, language and budget is enough.

Do you work online?

Yes. Most consultations and support work are available online.

How is country information verified?

Through university websites, government education portals, official scholarship programmes and visa authorities, with a verification date.

Requirements, deadlines and costs may change. Before submission, the RBEC team rechecks information through the official sources of the selected university, programme and visa authority.

Start at the right point.

Tell us about your goal, timing and constraints. We will suggest a suitable format and explain what we need from you.
